Hillary was AMAZING!! She helped me schedule my appointment and then walked me through all the steps while my vehicle was in service. The multi-point inspection video from my technician was also really cool to see and taught me things about my car I didn’t know before. 100/10 recommend!

Requested very specific needs of what I needed to buy my vehicle. They 100% responded and met all my needs. To date my favorite car purchase experience and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my life. Highly highly recommend Diehl. Car buying and dealers can be a challenge… I know this because I’ve done it exactly 10 times in 24 years… not proud of that but I like change. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at this dealer. I will in fact recommend them. Something is slightly different there. Hard to put a finger on it. The guy in finance (Matt I think) was for me exceptional, no bullshit, he accepted when I said no and he moved on and respected my position…. Right to the point. Salesman Luke also did not BS me. I totaled my car and went to Diehl VW to just look at what they had, and I had no intention of making a decision that day. Jack was the first to greet me and he helped me find what I was looking for that night. I had to wait for my insurance to sort everything out prior to purchasing a car. Jack held the car I wanted for about a month and did I did not feel pressured at all. When it was time to purchase the car, Jack and the finance guy were prepared and on top of things which made the process easy and simple.

My experience at Diehl was 5 star! I knew what I wanted, reached out and they gave me a price that two other dealerships couldn’t match! I was in and out within a couple of hours, the process was seamless and easy. Huge shoutout to Kris and Dave Dressing! I love my new VW Atlas.

Went to go trade in my old car and it ended up not being able to make it to the dealerships all the way, luckily Jack was helpful with helping me find a towe truck to haul it up. Upon arrival he was was so helpful with everything. I was already anxious with the everything and throughout the whole process he was very kind which made it so much easier. Ended up leaving with an absolutely beautiful Volkswagen! My experience with everything was very pleasant! Definitely will recommend to any of my family and friends

I am in love with my new Volkswagon Tiguan! The sales staff were so helpful, patient and kind during the entire process and got me a Diehl of a lifetime! I haven't been in love with a car in quite some time and it feels good to finally drive something I enjoy and LOVE. Honestly is the best policy! This I felt during my whole time was given to me on selecting my new vehicle! My salesman Jesus gave me the opportunity to select comfortably with no pressure to decide which vehicle I wanted after showing me different models of my own request that I was looking for! He also has taken extra time to setup and explain any questions that I’ve had since my purchase of my new vehicle as I’m not a computer person I’ve grown up old schooled and most all vehicles are computer oriented now! In my own opinion Jesus should be rewarded as one of Deihls top salesman!
