This was the third or fourth vehicle we've bought from Diehl's. We keep going back for the excellent customer service! We bought a 2025 VW Taos, trading in our 2020 Toyota Camry (which was our last purchase). Salesperson Luke took great care of us, and Dave "Ranch" Dressing couldn't have been more knowledgeable and considerate. We got a great deal, and are very happy with our purchase!

The staff here work so hard and they are pleasing to be around. Hilary in service is a hustler of knowledge. If she doesn't have the answer, she will find it. She is so pleasant and friendly and welcomes you in like home. Mike in Sales is a riot as well. He has lots of character, but when you need to know anything, he shoots it to you direct without beating around the bush. Well well respected man. And he makes a MEAN cup of morning coffee. These are the only two I will work with. Coming from the Mercedes-Benz family to the Volkswagen family, I put my stamp of approval on them! Thanks Guys

Loved how Alec helped us and didn’t push a sale but was more caring and understanding for myself on purchasing on a new vehicle. He was informative and I highly recommend him. Easy to work with great service

10/10 experience buying from DIEHL automotive. I would buy a car again and again from these guys. I worked personally with Evan Hart who found the car I was looking for and made the process as streamlined as possible. Evan went above and beyond compared to what I have dealt with in the past when purchasing a car. Dave dressing was a huge help as well making the purchasing, trading in, and paperwork a breeze. Top notch experience and will not be looking anywhere else for servicing, buying, trading in a vehicle.

I recently purchased a 2025 RAM from Diehl of Butler, and the experience was outstanding. Luke and Jack were incredibly helpful every step of the way and facilitated a deal on the truck I really wanted. They were super helpful and insightful!

I just wanted to take a moment, and tell you that we are exceeding pleased with our new Atlas Peak Edition. We are long, long time members of the Volkswagen family, and have owned fifteen or more VW’s dating back to the early eighties. We have regretfully drifted away once or twice and bought other makes, but always come back to buying VW’s. I have been trying (to no avail) to locate a 2025 Tiguan SEL R-Line in Avocado Green for months. I located one at a dealership in Allentown, but I knew that I didn’t want to leave your dealership. Long story short, I wasn’t able to find one locally, and gave up the search, and almost switched brands again to something we could comfortably pay for. We were always drawn to the Atlas, but we knew it was out of our comfort zone financially. But Corey Pytel made it work, and we left the dealership yesterday in a new Peak Edition Atlas. I can’t say enough for the crew at dealership. Corey Pytel, and Jesus Pacheco are “straight shooters”, and are great to work with. But, I would be remiss if I didn’t also mention just how great everyone else is, to include Bob Steihler, Mike Jevcak, Dave Dressing, Hillary Mundell (incidentally the best , and most knowledgeable service advisor that I have ever dealt with), as well as Michele Smith, Kayla Ashbaugh, Cindy Reed, and anyone else I may have failed to mention. When it comes time again for a new vehicle, I can guarantee I’ll be coming back to Diehl Volkswagen for it!

We have now bought our third vehicle from Diehl including our second Volkswagen purchased from them. Cade was very informative on vehicle features and current deals. Dave in Finance was very informative with warranty options and getting you the best number possible. This year marks 10 years we’ve been going to Diehl for our vehicle needs and have to say I’m very satisfied with the relationship!
