Fast service. Scheduling was easy. Service rep at the desk was unpleasant. Ladies at the payment desk were very friendly. Car issue was fixed on the first try.

Requested very specific needs of what I needed to buy my vehicle. They 100% responded and met all my needs. To date my favorite car purchase experience and I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles in my life. Highly highly recommend Diehl. Car buying and dealers can be a challenge… I know this because I’ve done it exactly 10 times in 24 years… not proud of that but I like change. I have nothing bad to say about my experience at this dealer. I will in fact recommend them. Something is slightly different there. Hard to put a finger on it. The guy in finance (Matt I think) was for me exceptional, no bullshit, he accepted when I said no and he moved on and respected my position…. Right to the point. Salesman Luke also did not BS me. Appreciate the place

I totaled my car and went to Diehl VW to just look at what they had, and I had no intention of making a decision that day. Jack was the first to greet me and he helped me find what I was looking for that night. I had to wait for my insurance to sort everything out prior to purchasing a car. Jack held the car I wanted for about a month and did I did not feel pressured at all. When it was time to purchase the car, Jack and the finance guy were prepared and on top of things which made the process easy and simple.

The gentleman at the VW desk is always so nice it definitely gives the dealership 5 stars.

Definitely recommend Diehl Volkswagen! I’m excepting my first baby in March and I came in two Fridays ago looking for a more reliable vehicle. Evan made my first time car buying experience a breeze. I can’t thank him enough for showing me different options and keeping in mind my price point. After the picking process was done Matt helped me and my step dad out with signing and explaining all the transfer paperwork for my old vehicle and my loan information and warranty for my new vehicle. I am in love with my new Volkswagon Tiguan! The sales staff were so helpful, patient and kind during the entire process and got me a Diehl of a lifetime! Went to go trade in my old car and it ended up not being able to make it to the dealerships all the way, luckily Jack was helpful with helping me find a towe truck to haul it up. Upon arrival he was was so helpful with everything. I was already anxious with the everything and throughout the whole process he was very kind which made it so much easier. Honestly is the best policy! This I felt during my whole time was given to me on selecting my new vehicle! My salesman Jesus gave me the opportunity to select comfortably with no pressure to decide which vehicle I wanted after showing me different models of my own request that I was looking for! He also has taken extra time to setup and explain any questions that I’ve had since my purchase of my new vehicle as I’m not a computer person I’ve grown up old schooled and most all vehicles are computer oriented now!
