I was just starting my search for a new SUV and I stopped into Diehl VW and asked Nick about the Tiguan. Before taking me on a test drive he took his time to go over all of the vehicles features and how to use them, both inside and out. With all of the new bells, whistles and touchscreens I would have been overwhelmed but he patiently walked me through everything. When I left I told him I would be shopping brands and other dealerships. He encouraged me to do so and put no pressure on me whatsoever. I did not find that experience with any other of the dealers I visited and he made my decision easy one!

This was our first time shopping at Diehl Volkswagen. My wife’s car was over 10 years old and no longer safe to continue driving. We are expecting, so safety and reliability are of utmost concern. Despite not having a lot to put down towards another vehicle at the time, our sales rep (Jesus) did an incredible job of finding the best vehicle and deal available while sticking closely to our budget. Jesus and the rest of the sales and financing team that assisted us went out of their way to answer any questions we had, explained everything clearly, and made the entire vehicle shopping process as streamlined and painless as possible. They also worked incredibly hard to find us as many available discounts/rebates as possible. We were pleasantly surprised at the service we received and truly grateful that the team at Diehl Volkswagen were able to get my wife into a safe and reliable vehicle (and just in the nick of time).
